Tawak is built and maintained by a small independent team, so email is the fastest way to reach us and the one channel we always check. Whether you have a question about how a feature works, a problem to report, or an idea for something we should add, we would like to hear it.
Reporting a problem
If something in the app is not working as you expect, it helps a great deal if you include your device model, your operating system version, and the screen you were on when it happened. A short description of what you expected and what actually happened is usually enough for us to reproduce the issue and fix it.
